The 3 Days Of Darkness [Part 10]

For I will pass through the land of Egypt this night, and will smite all the firstborn in the land of Egypt, both man and beast; and against all the gods of Egypt I will execute judgment: I am the Lord. Exodus 12:12

Applying to this generation, it is not about the deaths of the “firstborn”, but about an event that is going to cause extreme deaths throughout the land; where Egypt here represents the world. The deaths has caused a cry across the land. When the warning of the calamities that come, it signifies that JESUS is coming.

Taking the things away from the world that is against all the gods of Egypt that people had clung to, so that they can see GOD more clearly. Anything we put above GOD would be deemed as a god and it is an idolatry against The LORD. It is not necessarily having a false religion, but ANYTHING can be idolized as a god. Just as in verse 1, the world loses its hold on the people.

And the Lord said unto Moses, Yet will I bring one plague more upon Pharaoh, and upon Egypt; afterwards he will let you go hence: when he shall let you go, he shall surely thrust you out hence altogether. Exodus 11:1

We need the blood of CHRIST, and GOD has made a distinct difference between HIS people and those who are not.

But against any of the children of Israel shall not a dog move his tongue, against man or beast: that ye may know how that the Lord doth put a difference between the Egyptians and Israel. Exodus 11:7

The bride is going to shine, for others who are of the world will see that she is being protected by The LORD and how she is something special in the sight of GOD.

And the Lord said unto Moses, Stretch out thine hand toward heaven, that there may be darkness over the land of Egypt, even darkness which may be felt. And Moses stretched forth his hand toward heaven; and there was a thick darkness in all the land of Egypt three days: Exodus 10:21-22

And the fifth angel sounded, and I saw a star fall from heaven unto the earth: and to him was given the key of the bottomless pit. Revelation 9:1

And the third angel sounded, and there fell a great star from heaven, burning as it were a lamp, and it fell upon the third part of the rivers, and upon the fountains of waters; And the name of the star is called Wormwood: and the third part of the waters became wormwood; and many men died of the waters, because they were made bitter. Revelation 8:10-11

Both verses in Revelation stated above are connected with occurrences in the heaven. In chapter 9, these things taken place in the heaven just as JESUS said there would be signs in the sun, moon and the stars.

And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring; Luke 21:25

There is something falling from the heaven:

And the fifth angel sounded, and I saw a star fall from heaven unto the earth: and to him was given the key of the bottomless pit.  And he opened the bottomless pit; and there arose a smoke out of the pit, as the smoke of a great furnace; and the sun and the air were darkened by reason of the smoke of the pit. Revelation 9:1-2

The falling of the star is connected to the opening of the bottomless pit. This bottomless pit with the smoke rises-this is volcanic activity, which is one of the warning of HIS coming.

 Jesus, when he had cried again with a loud voice, yielded up the ghost. And, behold, the veil of the temple was rent in twain from the top to the bottom; and the earth did quake, and the rocks rent; And the graves were opened; and many bodies of the saints which slept arose, And came out of the graves after his resurrection, and went into the holy city, and appeared unto many. Matthew 27:50-53

JESUS gave up the ghost when HE had died, there was an earth quake that followed after. This means that before the 3 days of darkness, the earth will quake. There was a big quake as described in Matthew. It is not supposedly to call it an “earthquake”, because the verse clearly says that the “EARTH DID QUAKE”. There is a difference between an earthquake and that the earth did quake.

And, behold, there was a great earthquake: for the angel of the Lord descended from heaven, and came and rolled back the stone from the door, and sat upon it. Matthew 28:2

Here it says “great earthquake”, therefore there is definitely a difference between this and the one in Matthew 27. The earth that did quake is about the earth shaking in a global scale, not just a regional earthquake. It is the awakening, the beginning of devastation where many deaths happen and midnight cry of the pains in people’s hearts.

This worldwide shaking is a major warning of JESUS’ coming, where the 3 days of darkness will soon descend. People must stay in their homes to be in safety, also to close all windows, doors, shut all curtains, and just pray to GOD for protection of themselves and their loved ones and also provisions. It is best to pray for the covering of the blood of JESUS and to confess one’s sins before GOD for the forgiveness of all sins. Forgiving all is essential in order to receive forgiveness from GOD. Complete repentance is NOT to be counted off the list as well. Those that are of GOD will be provided their daily necessities such as food, if they do not have it at home for the 3 days period, because The LORD do provide for HIS children, not just lights in their dwellings, but also what they need. Just as the children of Israel during their time in the wilderness, they were provided water from the rock and food (manna) that rained from the above. So GOD would do the same today, for those who belongs to HIM.

And, behold, there was a great earthquake: for the angel of the Lord descended from heaven, and came and rolled back the stone from the door, and sat upon it. Matthew 28:2

While CHRIST died and the earth did quake. There was a great earthquake when the tomb was opened in the resurrection day. There was a quake at the beginning of the darkness and there was another quake at the end.

And the fifth angel sounded, and I saw a star fall from heaven unto the earth: and to him was given the key of the bottomless pit. Revelation 9:1

The star was linked to the pit, and when the pit opens is where the darkness begins. The pit is a volcano, and volcanos are affected by cataclysmic activity, which is all about earthquakes.

Remember there were 3 hours of darkness, before CHRIST has died.

Now from the sixth hour there was darkness over all the land unto the ninth hour. Matthew 27:45

These 3 hours were darkness over all the land, which shows that the coming 3 days of CHRIST’s burial will be dark-which is the 3 days of darkness. When the falling star take place in Revelation 9, where the 3 hours of darkness in Matthew 27 was an eclipse, which is a heavenly occurrence. So here it means that there was a heavenly occurrence before CHRIST has died and the earth quake took place. The earth quake begins the 3 days of darkness.
